Privacy note
What we keep when you use this website, why, and how to ask us to delete it. Last updated 2 November 2026.
Booking and proposal requests
When you request a call or a proposal, we receive the details you enter in the form (name, organisation, role, email, phone if given, and your message). We use them only to reply to you and arrange the conversation.
The Viva Business Diagnostic
Your answers are sent to our AI provider to prepare your diagnostic plan. We do not store the conversation. If you type an answer under "Other", we keep that answer anonymously, with the question and date only and no personal details, to improve the questions.
Emailing your diagnostic plan
If you ask us to email your plan, we keep your name, work email, company, the plan and whether you agreed to receive insights. We use this to send the plan once and, if you ticked the box, occasional insights from Viva Consulting. Every insights email has an unsubscribe link. Emails are sent through our email provider, Brevo.
LinkedIn lead forms
If you request material from us through a LinkedIn lead form, such as a programme outline, LinkedIn shares with us the details you submit (typically your name, work email, job title and company, and your answer to any question on the form). We use them to send what you asked for and to follow up about it. LinkedIn's own privacy policy covers how LinkedIn handles your data.
Website analytics
We count visits and a few actions, such as starting the diagnostic or requesting a call, using Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It uses no cookies and does not identify you; we see totals only.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Anonymous diagnostic answers are reviewed and removed periodically.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, email contact@vivaconsulting.ae. We reply within a reasonable time and do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
